About

Built by a business owner, for business owners.

Hey, I'm Jeff Conn. I'm a co-owner of Five Star Group out here in Holmes County, Ohio — a holding company that owns and operates a few businesses in the area.

I started building AI agents for my own businesses. It began with the tedious stuff — sorting through our inboxes, putting together morning briefings, keeping an eye on reviews, running SEO checks, posting to social media. Then it grew: a voice agent that answers the hotel phone at 2am and quotes real room prices, a pricing engine that reprices 75 cabins every night, a booking platform that replaced thousands of dollars a year in software fees. Nothing flashy — just systems that quietly do work we used to pay for or lose sleep over.

A few friends who run businesses saw what I was doing and asked if I could set something up for them too. So I did. Then a couple more people asked. It just kind of snowballed from there.

That's how Triple 3 Labs started. There was no big master plan — I kept helping people, the systems kept working, and it turned into something I take seriously.

Here's how I run it: I keep the client roster deliberately small. This isn't a hundred-client agency where your account gets handed to whoever's free — every agent I take on is one I design, build, and manage myself. When you work with Triple 3 Labs, you're working with me.

That matters more than it sounds. These AI agents work a lot better when the person setting them up gets how your business actually runs — your tools, your customers, the stuff that eats up your day. And everything I sell is something I already run in my own companies. I'm my own first client, which means by the time an agent reaches you, it's been answering my phones and watching my reviews for months. You can see the actual systems here.

And just to be clear — I'm not trying to replace anybody on your team. The goal is to take the repetitive stuff off their plate so they can do more of the work that actually matters.

If any of this sounds interesting, reach out. No pressure, no sales pitch — just a conversation about where an agent could actually help.
